Is Flat Packs By Design only for builders and cabinet makers?
No. While we manufacture trade-quality cabinets for cabinet makers and builders, DIY renovators and homeowners are also welcome to sign up and order high-quality cabinets for personal projects.
Can I get bench tops through you?
Yes. We supply laminated bench tops manufactured using Laminex, Formica and Polytec.
How does online ordering work?
You start by creating a new job in the system.
Enter your job name, reference code, contact number and optional description. Choose pickup or delivery, then create the job to receive a unique job number — this becomes your reference for all communication.
If you need help, click the chat icon to speak with support.
I’ve forgotten my password — what do I do?
Simply reset your password by entering the email you signed up with. You’ll receive a new password to log back in.
I signed up but didn’t receive my password — what now?

Do you work on areas other than kitchens?
Yes. Flat Packs By Design also works on laundries, wardrobes, TV units, storage, custom cabinetry and other residential or commercial joinery.
What services do you provide?
CNC board cutting, edge banding, flat-pack cabinetry, hardware supply, and some custom cabinetry by request.
Do you check measure?
We manufacture based on the measurements you provide.
Measuring is easy — call us if you need help, or your installer can check the measure for you.
Do you make everything locally?
Yes — all cutting, edging and assembly are done in our factory located South Windsor.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Once your order is ready, you’ll be notified.
Pickup is available Monday–Thursday, 8am–3:30pm, or Friday, 8am-1:30pm. Contact the team to confirm a pickup time.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality Australian-made boards such as HMR particleboard and offer finishes like melamine. All materials are Moisture Resistant and selected for durability and premium finish.
Do your cabinets come with hardware?
Yes. Flat packs include high-quality Blum hinges and Blum drawer runners.
Panels are pre-drilled specifically for hinges and drawers.
